Vision/Mission

The Transformation Team acknowledges that humanity is in the midst of an evolutionary leap and that individuals everywhere -- even powerful leaders -- are authentically afraid to confront the depth of change that is emergent. The purpose of our FOUR YEARS. GO. Transformation Team is to offer humanity a container that holds people while they navigate the liquid state, the state of being that naturally occurs during an authentic change process. The liquid state is like gold coins being melted and reshaped into representations of angels. The mission of the FOUR YEARS. GO. Transformation Team is to be a crucible supporting humanity to forge itself into a sustainable, just and fulfilling world.
